Hello and WELCOME! My name is Thredda Sanders, Owner/President/CEO of Tea Sea Scents, LLC. From as early as I can remember—back to my days as a six-year-old girl from the South, raised on the West Coast—I’ve been captivated by color, shapes, and fashion. I had a natural knack for manipulating them into something beautiful. As a teenager and throughout my twenties, makeup became my artistic outlet; my face was my canvas, and I loved bringing my creative visions to life.
In 2016, I launched Tea Sea Scents, located in the state of Maryland, out of both frustration and necessity. When the fragrance I had cherished since 1995 was discontinued, I began experimenting with essential oils to recreate it. By blending various oils with a carrier base in a spray bottle, I not only protected my skin but also crafted a scent that made me feel fantastic. This experience ignited a passion for natural skincare solutions. I expanded my efforts, creating products for both skin and hair, intentionally avoiding the harsh chemicals so prevalent in commercial products. Each product is crafted with carefully selected natural ingredients and essential oils that are not only kind to the skin but also to the environment. Packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, they nourish, protect, and rejuvenate—delivering skincare that truly cares.
At Tea Sea Scents, LLC, recently re-launched 2024, I believe that everyone deserves a place on the journey to healthier, happier skin. Everyone needs effective skincare products that can and will improve skin appearance, boosting self-esteem and confidence. Enhanced self-esteem can reduce stress and anxiety, which can positively influence your personal outlook. This is so important in the lives of teenagers and so on. They ALL have anti-aging properties, and are 90% chemical Free. The line includes a moisturize (anti-aging), essential oil-scented, skin and hair products. The basis of my products are essential oils, blended with a jojoba oil (like) carrier combination. All the products have one theme in common, and that is to hydrate, moisturize, balance and to help the body to heal.
